Section 61-15.A.7.701 - Health Services to be Offered or Developed

Undertaking any activity requiring Certificate of Need review, pursuant to Section 102 of this regulation, without prior approval of the Department or failing to comply with any of the above stated regulations shall be grounds for the denial, suspension, or revocation of the Certificate of Need, or other penalties, under the provisions of the Health Facility Licensure Act, S.C. Code Ann. Sections 44-7-110et seq., as amended.
