Section 61-15.A.3.303 - Payment of Filing and Application Fees1. When the application is determined to be complete, the Department shall invoice the applicant, by certified mail, for the Certificate of Need application fee. The applicant shall have fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice to pay the fee by valid check or credit card made payable to the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control. Should the application fee not be received from the applicant within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the Department's invoice, the application will be considered withdrawn.2. The application fee is one half of one percent (.5%, .005) of the total project cost (as defined in Section 102), which is payable when the application is deemed complete. The application fee shall not exceed seven thousand dollars ($7,000).3. If any deadline provided for in this section falls on a weekend or State holiday, the deadline will be extended until the next calendar day that is not a weekend or State holiday.S.C.
