Section 61-116.900.902 - Grievances and ComplaintsA. The facility shall establish a written grievance and complaint procedure and make this procedure available to patients upon request.B. Upon receipt of a complaint by the Department, the Department shall: 1. Notify the hospital of the complaint;2. Initiate a review of the complaint which may consist of an onsite review by the Department;3. Develop a written report of the review; and4. Notify the hospital of the results and provide a copy of the final report.S.C. Code Regs. § 61-116.900.902
