Section 61-109.300.303 - ProbationA. The Department may place a facility on probation when it has been determined that the facility has failed to maintain a business address or telephone number at which the facility may be reached during business hours, or violated any other standard of this regulation, as deemed appropriate.B. The facility shall post the probationary letter from the Department in a conspicuous place in the facility until such time that the Department has determined that sufficient corrective action has been taken.S.C.
