Section 61-107.4.VI.B - Open Burning

Open burning of land-clearing debris, yard trimmings and other organics is prohibited except as approved by the Department for emergency storm debris management or as allowed by Air Pollution Control Regulations and Standards R.61-62.2, Prohibition of Open Burning.
