Section 61-107.19.III.D - Record Keeping and Reporting Requirements

Landfills operating under the General Permit shall submit in a format approved by the Department an annual report for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, and ending on June 30. This report shall be submitted to the Department on or before September 1, and shall identify the actual weight in tons or volume in cubic yards of wastes received per month at the land-clearing debris and yard trash landfill. Any records required by this regulation shall be retained near the facility in an operating record, or in an alternative location approved by the Department for a period of no less than three years.
