Section 61-107.17.F - Appeals1. A Demonstration-of-need determination may be appealed at the time such determination is issued and may not be raised as part of an appeal of a decision on the permit.2. A Department decision involving a demonstration-of-need may be appealed by an affected person with standing pursuant to applicable law, including S.C. Code Title 44, Chapter 1; and Title 1, Chapter 23.S.C. Code Regs. § 61-107.17.F
