Section 61-106.II.2.3 - Issuance of Registration Document:

2.3.1 No person shall operate a tanning facility until the Department has issued a registration number or otherwise received notification from the Department.

2.3.2 Any facility found operating unregistered shall be subject to a Monetary Fine as described in Section1.12.1, and/or Civil Penalties.
