Section 61-105.C - Use of Number and Gender

As used in this regulation:

(1) Words in the masculine gender also include the feminine and neuter genders; and

(2) Words in the singular include the plural; and

(3) Words in the plural include the singular.

(4) Words have common dictionary meaning unless otherwise specified.
