Section 52-717 - Record of Hearing and TranscriptsA. The Commission will cause all proceedings to be recorded and maintained for a period of four years after the completion of the proceeding.B. A person may request a transcript of a hearing by writing the Commission. The Commission will cause a transcript of the proceedings to be prepared at the requestor's expense.
