Section 52-708 - Request for RemediationA. Upon a finding of probable cause and the issuance of a hearing notice, a request to remedy the alleged violation may be made.B. Upon receipt of a request for remediation, the Respondent may take the remedial action recommended by the Commission to cure the infraction including payment of a fine or reimbursement to a governmental entity.(1) Compliance with the request for remediation and proof thereof obviates the need for a hearing and the Commission shall by order dismiss the action.(2) The order shall be a public record and the final disposition of the matter.Added by State Register Volume 21, Issue No. 6, Part 2, eff June 27, 1997.
