Section 5-611 - Production Pricea. The average production price shall be posted on the Department's website and will be available in the Commissioner's Office at least annually when all information needed to compute the average production price becomes available. This average production price shall be used by the S.C. Department of Revenue in its determination of tax credit qualification.b. The Production Price is equal to the Cost of Production in South Carolina, plus the difference between the average uniform price of milk in the top 5 markets where milk is imported, including transportation costs, and the uniform price of milk in the Appalachian Order.Added by State Register Volume 31, Issue No. 2, eff February 23, 2007.
