Section 5-460 - Standard for Agricultural SeedsA. All agricultural seeds shall have a standard germination of 75% except: (4) Pensacola Bahia grass;B. Agricultural seeds showing a germination less than 75% and above 49% shall be marked "Below Standard in Germination".C. Agricultural seeds showing less than 50% germination cannot be sold for planting purposes in South Carolina.D.
