Section 49-610 - Reporting FormsA. All renewal applications will contain a statement of verification that the licensee has obtained the required professional development hours at the time of renewal. Upon audit, the licensee must report the course date, sponsoring organization, location, activity title, brief description and PDH's claimed and provide documentation of attendance or completion as well as any other information required by the Board.B. Failure to fulfill the professional development requirements or to comply with the Board's audit shall be considered a violation of the Registration Law for Professional Engineers and Surveyors.Added by State Register Volume 20, Issue No. 7, eff July 26, 1996.
