Section 47-57 - Appeal to the CourtsA. Any party to the appeal before the Appellate Panel who has exhausted his remedies before the Department may, within such time as specified in South Carolina law, Section 41-35-750, file a petition with the court designated by this section for a review of the decision of the Appellate Panel.B. The party filing the petition for the review shall serve a copy of the petition upon the Department by delivering a copy to the Legal Department of the Department of Employment and Workforce at its central office in Columbia, South Carolina.Amended by State Register Volume 24, Issue No. 5, eff May 26, 2000; State Register Volume 35, Issue No. 6, eff June 24, 2011.
