Section 47-54 - Orders for Supplying Information from the Records of the AgencyA. Orders for supplying information from the records of the Department to a claimant or his duly authorized representative, to the extent necessary for the proper presentation of a claim, shall issue only upon application therefore, which shall state, as nearly as possible, the nature of the information desired, and its relevancy to the claim.B.
