Section 27-1073 - Coloration and DiscolorationA. The Director shall use the Munsell Book of Color as a color standard as described in the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) ( 7 U.S.C. 136, et seq.).Amended by State Register Volume 29, Issue No. 6, eff June 24, 2005.
