Section 19-719.05 - EXIT INTERVIEWSA. Each agency should establish a procedure for obtaining separation information from each employee who separates from State service. This procedure should include an exit interview to reflect the specific reasons for the employee's separation. A reasonable effort should be made to interview the employee to obtain the information.B. Each agency should maintain and summarize a general file on all exit interviews for review by management.S.C.
