Section 126-335 - Hospital ReimbursementA. Reimbursement for covered inpatient hospital services shall be by a prospective payment system.B. Providers may seek a correction to the statistical calculation which establishes the maximum allowable payment rate by requesting in writing a reconsideration of such rate to: Bureau of Health Services, Hospital Reimbursement, State Health and Human Services Finance Commission, Post Office Box 8206, Columbia, South Carolina 29202-8206. If the provider disagrees with the decision of the Department of Hospital Rate Setting, he may appeal the decision in accordance with R.126-150 et seq.
