Section 126-174 - Distribution of Materials to Recipients and ProvidersA. The agency may not distribute any materials to recipients or providers unless the material has no political implications, provides no commercial advantage to any entity, and is directly related to the administration of programs.B. The agency may distribute materials that are directly related to the health, welfare and safety of recipients and providers such as announcements of free medical examinations, availability of surplus food, and consumer protection information.Added by State Register Volume 16, Issue No. 6, eff June 26, 1992.
