Section 12-508.4 - Abstract of Annual Settlements

A. Description: Treasurer's copies of the abstracts which are forwarded to the Comptroller General each year. These abstracts summarize the annual settlements of the auditor's and treasurer's records.

B. Retention: 3 years, then destroy.
