Section 12-508.23 - ClaimsA. Description: Claims submitted to the Treasurer's Office requesting refunds of personal or vehicle taxes. Information includes receipt number, owner name, tax year, millage, property description, amount of taxes paid, date paid, reason for refund, owners' signature, mailing address, telephone number, social security number, refund information and signature of approving authority.B.
