Section 12-507.15 - Abstracts of Annual Settlements

A. Description: Auditor's copies of the abstracts which are forwarded to the Comptroller General each year. The abstracts summarize the annual settlements of the Auditor's and Treasurer's records.

B. Retention: 3 years, then destroy.
