Section 12-502.19 - Inmate Accounting Records

A. Description: Listing of the inmates assigned to each cell. Information includes shift number, shift time, date, time of report, cell identification, max, act, booking number, name of inmate and comments.

B. Retention: 5 years, then destroy.
