Section 12-517.2 - Poll Managers Applications and TestsA. Description: Record of individuals seeking position of certified poll manager, as well as poll manager test and test score. Information includes name, birth date, mailing address, telephone number, occupation, precinct, voter registration number, social security number, political party, applicant signature, test score, and date of application.B.
