Section 114-3350 - Denial or Termination of ServicesA. All cases involving unsubstantiated reports or voluntary requests for protective services may be terminated at the client's request, or on initiative of the Department of Social Services.B. All cases involving substantiated reports may be terminated by the Department of Social Services only when the client is found to be no longer at risk of harm from himself or others.C. All cases involving services or custody by order to the Family Court can be terminated only by a subsequent order to that effect by the Family Court.D. A protective services client may appeal a decision made, or action taken, by the Department of Social Services, and may request a fair hearing pursuant to Article Three of these regulations.S.C.
