Section 111-11 - Application of RulesA. Jurisdiction. These rules shall apply to any person, firm, partnership, association, establishment or corporation (except any other exempt by South Carolina statutes), which is now or may hereafter become engaged as a Lessor of a renewable energy facility within the State of South Carolina pursuant to Title 58, Article 23 except where specifically exempt by statute.B. Purpose. The rules are intended to define good practice. They are intended to insure adequate and reasonable consumer protections.
