Section 103-480 - Quality of ServiceA. Each gas utility shall provide the best gas service that can be reasonably expected from the facilities of that gas utility. When the quality of gas service falls below what can be reasonably expected, the gas utility shall, as soon as practicable, provide the proper gas service.B. All gas supplied to customers shall be substantially free of impurities which may cause corrosion of mains or piping, or form corrosive or harmful fumes when burned in a properly designed and adjusted burner.S.C.
