Section 103-426 - Change in Character of ServiceA. In order that the gas utility may provide a proper service facility and metering installation, the customer shall advise the gas utility of the expected service requirements and shall also advise the gas utility of any increase or decrease in the load to be provided by the gas utility in sufficient time to change service characteristics.B. In case any substantial change is made by the gas utility in the service conditions which would affect the operation or adjustment of appliances of customers, the affected appliances shall be readjusted by the gas utility for the conditions without charge.S.C.
