Section 103-318 - Meter, Test, Records and ReportsEach electrical utility shall maintain records of tests made of any billing meter. The record of the meter test shall be maintained for a minimum of three years after the meter's retirement. Test records shall include the following:
a. The date and reason for the test.b. The reading of the billing meter before making any test.c. Information necessary for identifying the meter.d. The result of the test, together with all data taken at the time of the test in sufficiently complete form to permit convenient checking of the methods employed and the calculations.e. The accuracy "as found" at "Light Load" and at "Full Load", or "Test Amperes".f. The accuracy "as left" at "Light Load" and at "Full Load", or "Test Amperes".S.C. Code Regs. § 103-318
