Section 103-315 - IncidentsA. Each electrical utility shall, as soon as practicable, report to the ORS each material incident in connection with the operation of the electrical utility's property, facilities, or service including, but not limited to: (a) serious injury or death of any person; (b) evacuation; and (c) damage to a customer's or third party's property that will require, in the electrical utility's commercially reasonable estimation, repair costs in excess of $15,000. Such first report shall later be supplemented within thirty (30) days by a statement of the cause and details of the incident, based on the facts then known to the electrical utility, and the measures, if any, that have been taken to reduce the risk of similar incidents in the future.B. Each electrical utility shall establish and follow procedures for analyzing, reporting, and minimizing the possibilities of any future incidents.S.C. Code Regs. § 103-315
