Property - These rules and regulations are applicable to all piers, wharfs, sheds, yards, buildings, trackage, roadways, and all properties, managed or operated by the QDC at the Port of Davisville.B. Vessels - These rules and regulations apply to all vessels, agents, owners, masters, crews, operators, truckers, rail personnel, contractors, suppliers and all other users of the Port of Davisville.C.
