Section 870-RICR-30-00-4.14 - Board ApprovalA. In addition to those findings required under R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-64-10, the Board shall make the following findings in connection with approval of any award of incentives under the Act and these Rules: 1. that the Applicant has demonstrated an intention to create the requisite number of New Full-Time Jobs; and2. that the creation of the New Full-Time Jobs would not occur in the State but for the provision of Tax Credits.870 R.I.
