A. The Rhode Island Council on the Arts and the Rhode Island Division of Taxation jointly promulgated 280-RICR- 20-20-5, "Rules and Regulations for the Certification for Motion Picture Tax Credits."

B. This Part hereby adopts and references 280-RICR- 20-20-5.
