Section 525-RICR-20-00-3.10 - Termination of a Grant AwardA. The Commission shall send a Livable Home Modification Grant Award Termination Letter by U.S. Postal Service to the mailing address on the application, after the one hundred twentieth (120th) day. 1. The award termination letter will inform the recipient that:a. She/he may reapply by submitting a new application to the Commission; andb.
