Interns - A person currently employed under the responsible control of an architect and who maintains in good standing a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Record may use the title "intern architect" or "architectural intern" in conjunction with his/her current employment, but may not engage in the practice of architecture except to the extent that such practice is excepted from the requirement of registration.B. "Architect Emeritus/Emerita" - Upon written application to the Board, retired architects who surrender the stamp and use of the seal to the Board may use the honorary title "Architect Emeritus/Emerita" but are prohibited from practicing architecture in the State of Rhode Island.415 R.I.
