Section 410-RICR-20-00-12.1A. The Rhode Island Board of Elections hereby adopts rules and regulations relating to polling place conduct pursuant to and in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 17-15-26, 17-19-21, 17-19-21.1, 17-19-22, 17-19-23, 17-19-24, 17-19-27, 17-19-49, 17-23-15 and 17-23-17.B. Said rules and regulations are adopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act (R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 42-35 et seq.) and are available for public inspection at the offices of the Rhode Island Board of Elections, 50 Branch Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island.410 R.I.
