Section 410-RICR-20-00-10.1 - Authority

A. The Rhode Island Board of Elections hereby adopts rules and regulations relating to nomination papers, and persons obtaining signatures pursuant to and in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws § 17-14-1et seq., as amended.

B. Said rules and regulations are posted on the Board of Election's website and are available for public inspection at the offices of the Rhode Island Board of Elections, 2000 Plainfield Pike, Cranston, Rhode Island.
