The Rhode Island Board of Elections hereby adopts rules and regulations on reporting requirements for coordinated and independent expenditures pursuant to and in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 17-25 et seq., due to the United States Supreme Court decision rendered in Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commissioner, 130 S. Ct 876 - US. - (2010).B. Said rules and regulations are adopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act (R.I. Gen.
