Section 410-RICR-10-00-13.1 - PURPOSE

A. The Board of Elections adopts the following rules for the purpose of clarifying the disclosure requirements for independent expenditures, electioneering communications, and covered transfers in R.I. Gen. Laws § 17-25.3-1 et seq.
