Section 280-RICR-30-20-1.4 - Review of Decisions of Dealer's Hearing Board

Any licensee, consumer or other person in interest, being dissatisfied with the final decision of the Board, shall file petition for review in Superior Court. Petitions for review must be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the Board's decision.
