Section 280-RICR-30-10-2.1 - Authority

Pursuant to the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-47-3, the Rhode Island Department of Revenue hereby adopts and establishes the following Rules and Regulations regarding financial responsibility when owning and operating motor vehicles in the State of Rhode Island.
