Section 280-RICR-30-10-15.2 - Purpose

A. The purpose of this Part is to implement the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 31-3-3 (b) and (c) regarding the issuance and use of a limited power of attorney form which may be used in connection with applications for vehicle registrations.
