This Regulation is promulgated pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 44-1-4, 44-1-31, 44-1-31.2, 44-19-33, and 44-30-95(a), as amended. These Rules have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-35-1et seq. of the Rhode Island Administrative Procedures Act.
