Section 250-RICR-90-00-3.5 - General Provisions
A. Transfer at sea: No one may transfer or attempt to transfer at sea, from one (1) vessel to another, any finfish that are subject to these Regulations.
B. Obstruction of migratory fish passage: No person shall obstruct the free passage of anadromous or catadromous fish in any marine waters, river, or stream, of the State of Rhode Island.
C. Seasons and possession limits are subject to change throughout the season pursuant to § 1.4 of this Subchapter. Notification of any such modification is made pursuant to § 1.4(B)(4) of this Subchapter. It is the responsibility of the licensed person to comply with possession limits and all such modifications.
D. Recreational possession limit for any marine finfish species harvested by net(s) that are not regulated by size, possession, and/or season: Two (2) quarts per person per day unless otherwise specified in this Part.
