Section 250-RICR-80-00-8.4 - Registration of Recreational VehiclesA. Every off-road recreational vehicle, except those exempt under R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-3.2-2, operated within the State of Rhode Island shall be registered with the Department and numbered as provided.B. The numbering system shall consist of a reflectorized and pre-numbered registration decal having Arabic numerals.C. The pre-numbered registration decal shall be applied to the recreational vehicle in such a place on the vehicle so it will be both conspicuous and receive the least amount of wear and tear.D.
