Section 250-RICR-60-00-3.3 - Administrative Findings
A. The proper handling and disposition of nuisance wildlife requires special knowledge, skills, and facilities not possessed by the general public. Specially trained individuals, collectively called Nuisance Wildlife Control Specialists, provide services to the general public for the capture, handling, disposition, and exclusion of nuisance wildlife from properties and homes.
