Section 250-RICR-60-00-3.1 - Purpose

A. The purpose of these regulations is to establish the standards under which "Nuisance Wildlife Control Specialists" may be permitted to conduct the capture, handling, disposition, exclusion and other activities as related to wildlife protected by the Department under R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 20-1.
