Parking is restricted to commercial fishermen and vessel crews with valid commercial fishing parking stickers.B. Parking stickers will be issued by the Department for vessel captains and crew. Vessel captains must designate crew members and submit a crew list to the Division to be issued valid commercial fishing parking stickers. Should the Division request proof of employment for crew members or captains, it will be the burden of the applicant to provide such documentation as deemed necessary by the Division.C.
