Any person who has exhausted all administrative remedies available to him/her within the agency and who is aggrieved by a final order of the Director in a contested case may seek appellate review pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-35-15 of the Administrative Procedures Act, by filing a complaint in the Superior Court within thirty (30) days after mailing of notice of the Director's final decision.
